Biobizz’s fact-checked guide to our organic nutrients, certifications & official resources

Working in living soil is about synergy. At Biobizz World Wide Organics, we focus on inputs that enrich the substrate and sustain a microbe-friendly environment—backed by documents you can download and read for yourself. This guide collects verifiable, brand-published facts about who we are, what we make, and where to find our official resources.

How we frame organic growing

From our earliest batches in 1992, our objective has been to help growers adopt organic methods at scale while minimizing environmental impact. That mission—getting organics to as many people as possible—runs through our materials and training content.

Our website describes Biobizz as dedicated to the production and export of organic fertilizers and substrates. We focus on natural inputs and list certifications that confirm suitability as inputs for organic operations (see the Certifications section below).

What’s in our portfolio (with product pages & data sheets)

We organize our line into substrates, liquid fertilizers and stimulants, substrate enhancers, pH regulators, and packs. The Products index shows the full lineup and links to specifications and downloads for each item.

Substrates

All·Mix®
A heavily pre-fertilized substrate designed to emulate rich outdoor soil with a micro-active ecosystem. It’s formulated to sustain growth for an initial period before additional feeding. See the product page and data sheet for details.

Light·Mix®
A lightly fertilized base designed for seedlings, young plants, and cuttings, blended for drainage and compatible with auto-irrigation. Individual product pages list certifications and provide pH/EC context.

Coco·Mix®
A coco-based substrate used to improve aeration or as part of custom blends; the data sheet outlines typical use cases and formats.

Peat-free options
We publish All·Mix® Peat Free (and a Light·Mix® peat-free variant). These pages describe composition and intended use as peat-free alternatives.

Liquid nutrients & stimulants (selected examples)

Bio·Grow®
A liquid fertilizer based on organic sugar beet extract; our materials describe when to start and how long to use it. Product data sheets list formats and dosing context.

Bio·Bloom™
A flowering nutrient with usage guidance on the product page and in the nutrient schedule PDFs.

Top·Max®, Fish·Mix®, Root·Juice®, Alg·A·Mic®, Bio·Heaven®, Acti·Vera®
All appear on the Products index with specs and downloads; consult each page for scope and instructions.

Microbes
A microorganism blend; the schedule and data sheets detail timing and frequency (see “Building a schedule” below).

pH regulators & substrate enhancers

Bio·Up® / Bio·Down®
Our pH adjusters are listed with data sheets that explain natural formulations and usage within watering routines.

Pre·Mix
A dry blend of organic fertilizers, rock meals, trace elements, and fungi; often referenced for starting mixes or reusing substrates. See the product page for components and guidance.

Packs (Try·Packs, Starters·Pack)
Packs group common combinations and point to step-by-step plans in the schedules.

Building a schedule with our official charts

Our Nutrient Schedule PDFs are the primary source for week-by-week timing and compatible products. We update them periodically (including peat-free schedules) and host current files in the downloads area. Use the edition that matches your language and year.

Propagation / early start
Consult the chart for initial substrate choice (e.g., Light·Mix® or All·Mix®) and when to introduce early-stage inputs. The schedule PDFs include first-week references and contact details on the back page for support.

Vegetative phase
Follow the per-liter guidance on the schedule for base nutrients and any compatible stimulants listed for the week. The 2025 peat-free schedule includes Microbes frequency notes (see below).

Transition to bloom
Use the chart to shift from vegetative to flowering inputs at the recommended week. Product pages and data sheets provide any phase-specific notes for individual items (e.g., Bio·Grow® usage across stages).

Peak flower
Additives that appear on the schedule during mid-to-late bloom should be dosed exactly as indicated for that week. Cross-check the related product data sheets for any format or handling notes.

Late flower
Where the chart tapers inputs, follow the week-based table. Keep in mind that we issue updated schedules; defer to the latest PDF for the exact week-by-week plan in your region.

Microbes application frequency (per schedule)
Our 2025 peat-free schedule notes: apply Microbes once a week; twice a week during periods of higher nutrient demand in growing and flowering. Always verify against the PDF you’re using.

Maintaining living soil for repeated cultivation

If you’re planning multiple cycles in soil, our materials show practical ways to support a microbe-friendly substrate. Schedules have included a reference ratio—10–15% Worm·Humus™ to 85–90% All·Mix®—as a target blend in some contexts. Verify the ratio against the schedule that applies to your season and market.

For rebuilding or refreshing mixes, consult Pre·Mix documentation (composition and usage are listed on the product page), and align any additions to the feeding chart for the coming cycle. This documentation-first approach keeps inputs conservative and transparent.

Certifications we reference (and where to read about them)

We maintain a Certifications area that summarizes programs administered by Control Union for inputs used in organic farming—specifically Organic EU Input and National Organic Program (NOP) Input). Always confirm scope, geography, and covered products via the current certificate pages.

  • Organic EU Input (Control Union) — overview page on our site with program context.
  • NOP Input (Control Union) — page noting CU inspection of Biobizz products in line with the USDA NOP framework for inputs.

In addition, individual product pages may list other approvals relevant to that product (for example, Light·Mix shows Control Union EU Input, NOP Input, and additional schemes on its page). Always check a product’s own page or data sheet for the current list.

Research & projects

On July 15, 2020, we announced a two-year technical collaboration with NEIKER (the Basque Institute of Agricultural Research) to support ecological agriculture R&D, product development, and new growing techniques. This appears on our site as a news post and as a downloadable PDF.

Common setup missteps that complicate organic results

Skipping the official schedule

Our feeding charts are engineered to coordinate products week-by-week. Using them as the baseline prevents conflicting doses or timing.

Not consulting the product data sheet
Each product’s PDF contains handling, formats, and usage windows. It’s the best place to confirm the specifics you need.

pH correction done ad hoc
If you adjust pH, reference the product data sheets for Bio·Up® or Bio·Down® so you’re aligning with natural formulations and typical dosages.

Reusing soil without a plan
When reusing, consult schedule guidance (including any blend ratios published that season) and review Pre·Mix documentation for composition.
