Behind the Blend: How Each BioBizz Product Powers Organic Growth

The Art of Organic Synergy

At BioBizz, we build every input to work with living soil—not against it. Our substrates, liquid nutrients, and biological additives are designed to nurture beneficial microbes so plants can access nutrition steadily throughout their life cycle. That’s why our line includes complete soils like All·Mix® and Light·Mix®, base nutrients for growth and bloom, and targeted supplements such as Root·Juice™, Alg·A·Mic™, Top·Max™, Acti·Vera®, and Microbes. When used together following our official feeding guidance, these inputs support consistent cultivation in organic systems across soil and coco.

Liquid Nutrients – The Core Trio

Bio·Grow®: sugar-beet-based base for vegetative growth

Bio·Grow® is a liquid growth fertilizer based on Dutch sugar-beet extract (vinasse). It can be applied to most soil or substrate mixes from the moment the first leaves appear and continued until the end of production. The natural sugars and potassium help feed the soil micro-life while the plant establishes foliage and structure.

Bio·Bloom™: complete base for flowering

Bio·Bloom™ is formulated for the blooming phase, with a macronutrient profile that supplies phosphorus and potassium—plus trace elements and natural compounds—to support flower and fruit development from early bloom through harvest. It’s suitable for soil and soilless substrates and integrates cleanly into our week-by-week feeding schedule.

Fish·Mix™: growth support for soil and coco

Fish·Mix™ combines North Sea fish emulsion with Dutch sugar-beet extract. In organic programs it stimulates beneficial microbial activity and improves overall soil fertility, and it can be used on soil or coco (including as a mild foliar feed early in the cycle).

Substrates & Conditioners – The Living Foundation

All·Mix®: pre-fertilized, micro-active soil

All·Mix® is a heavily pre-fertilized potting soil designed to emulate rich outdoor soil. It contains peat-based components, worm castings, perlite, and our Pre·Mix blend. Fresh All·Mix has high EC due to its organic charge and typically sustains vigorous growth for several weeks; many growers start young plants in a lighter medium, then transplant into All·Mix® once established.

How to work with All·Mix®: Moisten and let sit 36 hours before use to activate micro-life. In the first couple weeks after transplant, additional liquid feed is often unnecessary; add nutrients later and start at reduced rates. Allow moderate drying between irrigations to maintain aeration. All·Mix® can be reused if rejuvenated with Pre·Mix and worm castings between cycles.

Light·Mix®: lightly charged, high-control soil

Light·Mix® offers a gentler nutrient charge that suits seedlings and growers who prefer to control feeding from early stages. Its structure drains well and promotes root aeration. When using Light·Mix®, start light feeding earlier (typically after 1–2 weeks) and adjust upward as plants grow.

Worm·Humus® & Pre·Mix®: simple ways to refresh soil

Between cycles, top-dress or blend Worm·Humus® and Pre·Mix® to replenish nutrients and microbial activity. Pre·Mix® is a slow-release organic amendment and is commonly used for reconditioning media before the next run.

Specialty Boosters – The Finishing Touches

Root·Juice™

Root·Juice™ is a 100% vegetable-based root stimulant made with humic acids and seaweed (kelp) extract. It’s recommended during propagation, early growth, and transplants to encourage vigorous root development. Typical dilution ranges from 1–4 mL/L depending on plant stage.

Alg·A·Mic™

Alg·A·Mic™ is a cold-pressed seaweed concentrate used as a gentle vitality tonic during growth and early bloom. It can be watered in or applied as a foliar spray 1–3 times per week until about the second week of flowering; as a foliar, use mild concentrations and avoid intense light when spraying.

Top·Max™

Top·Max™ is an organic bloom supplement with humic and fulvic acids derived from leonardite. Use throughout flowering in tandem with your base bloom nutrient; many growers begin around 1 mL/L and increase gradually through mid-to-late bloom according to the schedule and plant response.

Acti·Vera®

Acti·Vera® is an aloe-vera-based, 100% plant-derived product used from vegetative growth through roughly week 4 of flowering. It can be applied to the root zone and, if desired, as a foliar spray. On our schedule, a common dilution is 5 mL/L during the recommended window.

Microbes

BioBizz Microbes is supplied as a powder that’s dissolved in water and applied to the root zone. The recommended dose is typically 0.2–0.4 g/L. Use once weekly, and during periods of high nutrient demand it may be applied twice weekly per the official schedule guidance.

Building a Complete Feeding Schedule

Our feeding charts lay out product dosages by week for growth and bloom across soil and coco. As a general approach:

  • Seedling & transplant phase: favor Root·Juice™ (1–2 mL/L for very young plants), with minimal additional nutrition in rich soils; Light·Mix® users can introduce low-rate base feeds earlier.
  • Vegetative growth: base with Bio·Grow®; Fish·Mix™ may be used (especially outdoors or where extra N is desired). Maintain consistent irrigation practices that allow moderate drying and good root oxygenation.
  • Early to mid-flower: transition to Bio·Bloom™ as buds set; layer in Top·Max™ per week-by-week guidance; continue supportive inputs (e.g., Alg·A·Mic™ early in bloom, Acti·Vera® through about week 4 of flowering).
  • Throughout the cycle (as applicable): follow dosage and timing on the official charts for additives and Microbes. For RO or very soft water, our CalMag guidance can help maintain Ca/Mg balance.

For best results, match the medium to plant stage (e.g., start in Light·Mix®, transplant to All·Mix®) and observe plant responses as you adjust within the recommended ranges.

Certifications & Quality Standards

Our inputs undergo third-party review so growers can integrate BioBizz confidently into certified organic operations.

  • Control Union Certifications – NOP Input: many BioBizz products are certified as inputs allowed for use on USDA National Organic Program organic operations.
  • Control Union – EU organic regulation: Control Union has also certified compliance with European organic standards.
  • Good Soil Quality Mark: an independent mark confirming strict quality requirements for potting soils, soil improvers, and fertilizers.
  • Point Vert (Green Dot): indicates our participation in packaging recovery and recycling systems.
  • OMRI: the Organic Materials Review Institute lists inputs permitted for organic production; BioBizz products carry OMRI listings where applicable.
  • EnvirOganic (EnviroCann): multiple BioBizz products—Alg·A·Mic™, Bio·Bloom™, Bio·Grow®, Bio·Heaven™, Fish·Mix™, Root·Juice™, and Top·Max™—have been granted EnvirOganic certification.

We also invest in research and development. BioBizz partnered with NEIKER (the Basque Institute of Agricultural Research) in a technical collaboration focused on organic agriculture R&D, comparative studies, and performance across growing media.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I foliar-spray BioBizz products?
Yes. Alg·A·Mic™, Acti·Vera®, and Fish·Mix™ may be applied as foliar sprays 1–3 times per week until roughly the second week of flowering. Use mild concentrations and avoid spraying under intense light.

When should I add Microbes?
As a general rule, add Microbes once a week. During peak demand (e.g., weeks of vigorous veg or mid-bloom), you can increase to twice weekly per schedule notes, using 0.2–0.4 g/L.

Is Light·Mix® or All·Mix® better for seedlings?
Light·Mix® is gentler for seedlings and cuttings. All·Mix® is richer; many growers start in Light·Mix® and transplant into All·Mix® once plants are established.

Do you have an official feeding chart?
Yes—our nutrient schedules (soil and coco) outline week-by-week dosages and timing for base nutrients and additives. Follow the chart for the products you’re using and adjust gradually to plant response.
